Add on 2 hours of rehearsal dinner/welcome party coverage on September 18, 2026 for $2000
12pm Dana + second shooter arrive at girls' getting ready location to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
2pm Second shooter meets the guys to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
2:15pm Bride gets into her gown
2:45pm Dana drives Taylor to Pavilion at Patriots Point for First Look; second shooter drives Quintin
3pm First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits at Pavilion at Patriots Point
3:45pm Wedding party photos at Pavilion at Patriots Point
4:30pm Family formals taken by second shooter; Dana to photograph reception space at this time
5pm Everyone tucked away; guests begin to arrive; Dana to photograph ceremony details at this time
5:30pm Ceremony
6pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph lingering family photos + reception details at this time
6:45pm Sunset photos (sunset 7:20pm)
7pm Reception begins
10pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
